Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.

Change of Mind We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be issued once the item is received back in its original condition.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been damaged after delivery or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
